Peace Arch R.V. Park opened in 1986 for visitors to Expo 86 and has served locals and vistors for over 20 years. The park has more than 250 fully serviced sites along with facilities for tenting and storage. The original sites are large pull-throughs which are bordered by trees and are shady and quiet. The park boasts a beautiful garden, wireless internet, clean rest rooms and showers, two laundry rooms, a playground, recreational room and in the summer a heated inground swimming pool. The park is conveniently located minutes from the US border in South Surrey, twenty minutes from the Tsawassen ferry terminal to Vancouver Island and forty five minutes by vehicle from downtown Vancouver. Bus service is within walking distance of the park and connects to the Sky train system.
